Emberbean roasts small-batch specialty coffees that degrade fast in ordinary bags. We built matte kraft stand-up pouches with degassing valves, resealable zippers and a roast-level color band customers now navigate by.

Challenge & approach
Aroma in, oxygen out.
Fresh roast off-gasses for days and will burst a sealed bag — or go stale in a vented one. One-way valves solved it, and the color-banded label family lets drinkers find their roast from across the aisle while origin stories live on the back panel.
Outcome: longer at-peak freshness, a navigable 8-SKU shelf block, and pouches that we also stock blank in our shop for other roasters.
